Job Opportunity – Bilingual Project Administrative Coordinator – (ENG/FR)

THE CENTRE

Is a non-profit located in downtown Winnipeg. WECM has been operating since 1994. The organization focuses on providing business advising, financing (loans), training/workshops, and networking opportunities to women business owners and their partners within Manitoba. WECM provides these services at all phases of the entrepreneurial journey as they start and grow their business.

 

 

THE PROJECT

Strength in Community is a two-year federally funded project, that focuses on the delivery of workshops specifically designed to elevate women business owners and their businesses. This project leverages on the success of a recently concluded four-year project. This new project is an expanded and enhanced version to be delivered across seven provinces.

YOUR ROLE

As Project Administrative Coordinator, you will report directly to the Project Manager at the Women’s Enterprise Centre of Manitoba. Your role will be to support both the Project Manager and Project Facilitator in areas related to the administration and coordination of the project, and work with, and be a contributing member to the WECM team. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Facilitator to develop and nurture external project relationships, specifically directly interfacing with entrepreneurs as it relates to inquiries of the workshop or needs of the workshop attendees. This interaction can extend to project partners.
