It’s June already! Time is flying by. Our training and events schedule slows down a little bit during July and August but there are still some great learning and networking opportunities in June. Of particular note this month is our last  Business Breakfast until October and would love for you to join us if your schedule permits. Our breakfast events provide a great opportunity to network with other business women and enjoy an inspiring and informational presentation over a delicious hot meal. This month Lori Doan, PhD. will be sharing the latest psychological research on how to create a fulfilling and meaningful life and business, the relationship between self-compassion and self-confidence, the importance of identifying and building on your strengths, and strategies for taking actions in your life and business that are in alignment with who you are and what you love. The Breakfast takes place on June 9 from 8:00 – 9:30 am at The Met.

Women-owned businesses from Canada, the United States and Mexico will participate in this unique event organized in conjunction with the Consulate General of Canada in Atlanta. Matchmaking opportunities for technology partnerships and global value chain expansion opportunities (pipeline/funding/export) will be made available for delegates with companies from the Southeast USA (Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Mississippi) and Mexico.

The Orlando conference features robust programming, lectures and presentations from today’s thought leaders, engaging panel discussions, matchmaker sessions and networking receptions. In 2015, there were more than 3500 participating corporate, government and women-owned business representatives, and more than 300 exhibitors at the business fair alone, all ready to discuss opportunities.

If there are any events that we’ve missed, please leave them in the comments below.

Have a great month!
