We’ve officially reached the last full month of summer, where has the time gone? While there will be lots of events and training sessions taking place in in September, there are some interesting  options coming up in August…

Alleyways Market

In partnership with The Exchange District BIZ,  The Manitoba Association of Landscape Architects (MALA), successful pop-up shop operators Luckygirl, and knowledgeable artisan food-market vendors, Alleyways Market heats up the first Friday evening in August. It is one part farmers market, one part design exhibition and one part curated pop-up shop. Local businesses, artisans and restaurants are pulling together to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere that celebrates Winnipeg’s Exchange District while giving back to the many people who consider it home.
