Known as a strategic decision-maker, Max Kashton’s depth of knowledge from holding C-Suite roles in key departments and big-picture thinking lends her the ability to analyze an organization and bring about holistic transformational change.

Max’s experience at the senior leadership level includes being Chief Financial Officer at The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and Chief Operating Officer at Canadian Lutheran World Relief. Her entrepreneurial abilities were honed as Co-founder and Operational Business Partner of a locksmith company.  Beginning her career as a Regional Business Manager overseeing sales teams for a national retailer in Southern Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, Max’s work experience spans many sectors including non-profit, charity, trades, insurance, and retail.

Max is a Chartered Professional Accountant with an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Winnipeg. She currently sits on the Board of Directors and is the Finance and Audit Chair for the Women’s Enterprise Organizations of Canada (WEOC). Previous volunteer involvements included serving on the board of directors for CPA Manitoba (including committee participation in Finance and Risk, and Governance and Nominating), as well as serving as Board Treasurer with the Winnipeg Industrial Skills Training Centre.
