The Tunnelwood Group offers expertise in Organizational Development and Fund Development for non-profits. Workshops for boards, strategic planning, by-laws & policies, operational planning and fundraising planning are core services. We also conduct fundraising and communication audits and provide training for staff, volunteers and board members.
The Tunnelwood Group also works with Executive Directors who need help with starting a fundraising program, donor stewardship and supervising fundraising.
